Terms of Use

These terms cover Flipic (the version downloaded from flipic.app and GitHub) and Vistello (the same app on the Mac App Store), provided by Flipic Team. By using the app you agree to them.

Free use

Flipic’s source code is available under the MIT License on GitHub. Viewing, ratings, marks, filtering, export and Cleanup Mode are free and need no account.

Pro

Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Once bought, the Pro features in later updates are included. Pro is for the buyer’s own use on their own Macs.

Please don’t share a license key from flipic.app publicly. Keys that are shared publicly, and keys for orders that were refunded or disputed, are revoked.

Refunds

Within 14 days of buying Pro on flipic.app, email support@flipic.app with the address you paid with and we’ll refund you in full, no reason needed. The key is revoked after the refund.

For App Store purchases, refunds follow Apple’s rules; request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

App Store version

Vistello obtained from the Mac App Store is also subject to the Apple Standard EULA. Where the two differ, Apple’s agreement applies.

Liability

The app is provided as is. Deleting, moving and batch-sorting photos changes your files; deleted photos go to the Trash first. Back up important photos before working on them. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for data loss or other indirect damage from using the app.
